The Empowered Reconciliation process is grounded in peacemaking principles that promote understanding, forgiveness, personal responsibility, love, justice, and reconciliation, and is an effective way of resolving personal and material issues without turning to the legal system.
Conflict Coaching
Includes instruction, encouragement, and advice about the peacemaking principles of resolution and reconciliation with the goal of empowering one party to a conflict or dispute to pursue peace privately with the other party or parties. Coaching is available in either a Faith or Values Based format.
First 30 minute session offered at no charge
Reconciliation & Resolution
Includes Pre-Mediation, Joint Mediation, and/or Arbitration offered in either a Faith or Values based format. Services are provided by two co-reconcilers whenever possible. EL&M may, in its sole discretion, approve the use of a single reconciler upon request depending on the matter and circumstances.
Required Filing Fee (non-refundable) – $100 per party
Co-Reconciler Rate = $225/hr for both Reconcilers
Peacemaker Education & Training
EL&M offers education & training in either a faith or values based format on the following topics:

Resolving your dispute saves time and money. Mediation empowers those who have to live with the result to decide the outcome. For these reasons, courts require mediation in most civil cases and the vast majority of civil lawsuits are resolved either at mediation or soon thereafter.
You choose either the hourly or flat fee rate when you schedule EL&M’s mediation services. Choose the flat fee pricing structure to incentivize good faith negotiation and disincentivize stall tactics – you will pay less than half price if you resolve your dispute in half a day or less!
The flat fee rate is $1500 (Civil) / $1250 (Family & Probate) for a full day (up to 7.5 hours) or $650 (Civil) / $500 (Family & Probate) for a half day (up to 3.5 hours)
The hourly rate is $225/hr (Civil) or $200/hr (Family & Probate).
